We were hired to install screw piles for an addition on a cabin where the access was not available. The General hired a crane that lifted our Bobcat excavator, our screw pile attachment, and all screw piles and extensions into the work area so we could complete the installation. LAZER GRADING

The Bobcat automatic grading solution that delivers more accurate grading results. It uses 2 receivers mounted on the attachment reading the laser transmitter mounted to the tripod.
Great for shop pads, bin pads, riding arenas, skating rinks, drainage issues and more!
LAZER GRADING BENEFITS:
Save on your concrete yield (gravel is cheaper than concrete)
Accurate to within ¼ inch in a 1500 foot radius
Cut & fill (high and low) spots
Remove & fill pot holes
Create swales to achieve better drainage
SOIL CONDITIONING

The soil conditioner attachment has a rotating drum with 121 carbide-tipped teeth that rip through clumps and penetrate the soil.
SOIL CONDITIONING BENEFITS:
Pulverizes large clumps of dirt & clay (easier to grade & slope smaller material)
Levels & smooths out material at the same time (a rough cut & fill)
Promotes grass growth: leaves a diamond shape pattern in the soil after every pass which allows tiny puddles of water to form to promote grass growth hence the name “Soil Conditioner”
Drainage

The excavator, soil conditioner, and lazer grading system can be used in conjunction (job depending) to create swales to prevent standing water and puddles on your property.
